Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GreenPeak Capital (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with GreenPeak Secondaries Intelligence (the “Service”). We act as the data controller for the information described here.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — your name, work email and the credentials you use to sign in.
- Billing data — subscription plan and payment status. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Usage data — the searches, matches and pages you use, kept to operate and improve the Service. We measure aggregate site traffic with Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build an advertising profile.
- Business-directory data — the Service also contains professional information about firms and, in some cases, publicly available business contact details of their staff (name, role, work email, work profile links), compiled from public and licensed sources for professional outreach.
2. How we use data
- to provide, secure and support the Service and your account;
- to process subscriptions and payments through Stripe;
- to maintain and improve the directory, matching and analytics features;
- to communicate service, billing and security notices; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Our lawful bases are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving a professional B2B service, and compliance with law.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors that help us run the Service — notably Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Plausible (privacy-friendly analytics) — each bound to protect it, and with authorities where required by law.
4. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Business contacts listed in the directory can request correction or removal of their entry. To exercise any right, contact us at as@greenpeakmgmt.com.
6. Security & international transfers
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers; see our Trust & Security page for detail. Where data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Changes & contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the latest version. Questions or requests can be sent to as@greenpeakmgmt.com.
